The Lodge in the Vale is our newly built Lodge Hotel that stands proud on the outskirts of Keswick, at Legburthwaite, St Johns in the Vale.
This brand-new hotel is situated within the heart of the beautiful Lake District, overlooked by the impressive fells and mountains. It offers stylish, modern rooms and an all-day coffee shop. With a 32-inch flat-screen TV and satellite channels, all of the newly built rooms at The Lodge in the Vale feature an en suite bathroom with powerful showers and toiletries. Rooms also provide free Wi-Fi, guest safes, and a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy buffet-style breakfasts including croissants, fresh fruit, tea, and coffee in the all-day coffee shop. Paninis and light snacks are also available throughout the day. Free parking is available, with the popular town of Keswick and Derwentwater Lake just a 5-minute drive away. The scenic reservoir of Thirlmere is 10 minutes' walk, and Grasmere, home of William Wordsworth, is 15 minutes away by car.

Continue to Thirlmere, pass the King's Head Hotel on your right hand side. Take a right turn at next junction signposted St John's in the Vale.
