Val and Alan welcome you to The Paddock, our home and yours while you stay with us. The Paddock is a delightful residence of charm and character dating from the mid 1800s. We are situated in a quiet residential area, yet only five minutes walk from the town centre, ten minutes level walk to the lake and across the Penrith Road is the beautiful and tranquil Fitz Park. Some Private car parking and unrestricted street parking available. All rooms are en-suite, with flat screen colour digital televisions, clock radios, hairdryers, teacoffee trays, full central heating, own keysWe are an Ambassador for the Theatre by the Lake please ask about reduced ticket rate. We use Fairtrade goods whenever possible serving breakfast in the Dining Room which is situated next to our lovely comfy lounge, where you can read the books, play the games, watch tv.
Or just chill out. two night bookings may apply at weekends and three nights at Bank Holidays. Any damage or excess cleaning will be charged for.
How to find us: A591 through the lakes or A66 Penrith to join A591 at Keswick.Follow town centre, approaching Keswick you pass the Twa Dogs Inn, then a filling station, under the railway bridge and take the third left into Wordsworth Street.The Paddock Guest House is immediately on the right.
