Our family welcome you to come and experience the charm of Lakeland from within a working 16thC fell farm.
We have five double/twin en suite rooms, three with baths, each one having a fantastic view across Derwentwater. Enjoy our traditional English farmhouse breakfast and relax in the original oak-beamed lounge. Permissive path through the farm to the nearby beautiful Ashness Bridge and stunning vista of Surprise View, ideal situation for walkers. Feel free to bring your wellies! Keswick and the North Lakes are well known for their scenic landscape and opportunities for a wide range of outdoor activities. In addition, there is a good choice of attractions, visitor centres and parks just waiting to be explored with something for every taste and age group. Families will find a whole host of activities to keep their children entertained. Keswick has two parks with beautiful floral displays and wide open green spaces with space for both quiet relaxation and games. For those wishing to find out more about the rich cultural and industrial heritage of the area there is the opportunity to visit museums and historically significant houses.
