Studio is well equipped and open-plan.
Studios are open-plan and extremely well equipped with en-suite,sofa,flat screen TVDVD player, kitchenette has an iron,microwave,kettle,toaster,cooker and fridgefreezer. Welcome tray for your arrival. Studio's are priced at room only, the option of breakfast is available at an extra charge.Cat Bells Studio has outstanding views with decking area and small BBQ, it is ideally suited for 2 people although a camp bed is available for an additional adultchild.Skiddaw Studio (sleeps 4) has double bed + bunk beds (full size) + kitchenette (as above) room rate is based on 2 people sharing.For use of campbunk beds an additional charge of £10pp for the first night.We politely ask throughout your stay consideration is shown to other guests. When vacating the studio it is to be left clean and tidy as when you arrived. Failure to comply with this may result in additional charges being made.
From the A66 take the exit for Keswick from the A595 roundabout, this will take you down Crosthwaite road to a T junction turn right here then first left onto the forcourt of High Hill ford we are situated through the wooden gate.
